Key Points

1. Keep your upper arm at 90 degrees to your body.

2. Keep your forearm at 90 degrees to your upper arm.

3. Rotate the arm from the shoulder without allowing the body to move or the shoulder joint to move around. It should just rotate in the socket. Start with a light band.
