Archery Exercises - Supine Holds

Key Points

1. Keep your whole body and head in a straight line. Make sure your legs are straight and not bent at the knee.

2. Keep your back as straight as possible.

3. Cross your arms and put them over your shoulders.

4. If doing the supine holds is easy, try throwing a swiss ball or medicine ball and catching it during the hold. You can see this demonstrated in the figure above.
